Key responsibilities:

1. Preparing, filling, and paying statutory dues related to PF/ESIC/MLWF/BOCW related.
2. Preparing policies and documents for interns/probation period personnel/full-time employees/labors.
3. Formulating HR culture and coordinating for training and development of all grades of personnel.
4. Addressing grievances, appraisals, and monetary encouragement schemes on a monthly basis.
5. Working on individual personnel level performance tracking and review.
6. Taking care of hiring duties.
7. Formulating leave policies and CTC's
