Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct training sessions on HTML and CSS, JavaScript, UI & UX Design, MongoDB, DBMS, Data Structures, and Algorithms
2. Develop and update training materials and resources to ensure they are current and engaging
3. Provide hands-on guidance and support to learners as they work on projects and assignments
4. Evaluate the progress and performance of trainees and provide constructive feedback
5. Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve the curriculum and training methods
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in web development to enhance training content
7. Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and events to promote the training program

1. A bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Proven experience as a web developer, with in-depth knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and tools commonly used in web development.
3. Previous experience in teaching, training, or instructional design, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
6. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per per batch).
