About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
2. Assist in HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
3. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
4. Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and events

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per sale).
