1. Handle customer calls, messages, customer requests, and queries
2. Manage bookings and reservations for potential customers through leads generated through various sources such as phone calls, emails, chat messenger, WhatsApp messengers, and the like
3. Use basic sales techniques to understand customers needs and suggest appropriate game/party packages
4. Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information using the right questions and diffusing angry clients as needed
5. Escalate an issue or concern or pass on a lead to the concerned person
6. Handle all calls with customers so that the customer is 100% satisfied when the call ends
7. Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data
8. Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per conversion rates).
